I cannot log in to my iCould account to be able to log out. A password is required, even though i entered the correct password it will not allow me to go on due to the email address not being in use anymore. This is a member on my families apple ID which i used before i had my own. How do i log out of this iCould account when i am not able to log in?

If you have Settings > iCloud > Find My iPad enabled on the iPad you will need the account's password to log out of it, or if you reset the iPad to factory defaults without logging out you will need the account's password to then reactivate and use the iPad.
